  • What is the lead time?
    Once your order has been confirmed & your non-refundable booking fee has been paid I will get started with your designs. Bespoke Wedding Stationery Bespoke designs take longer as I am designing everything from scratch. This service takes roughly 6-8 weeks, but can take less or more time depending on changes, and some finishing touches. A deadline will be discussed and agreed beforehand. Make sure to book in plenty of time so you don't miss out! Semi-Customisable Wedding Stationery If you are after stationery from the House Collections, then this service takes roughly 3-5 weeks, but can take less or more time depending on changes, and some finishing touches. A deadline will be discussed and agreed beforehand. Make sure to order in plenty of time so you don't miss out! Rush Order Fee If you need your stationery sooner than the lead times stated above, please do let me know when you inquire and I will try my best to accommodate this. Please note, there is a rush order fee of £150.
  • When should I send out my save the dates & invitations?
    I would suggest sending the save the dates and invitations with plenty of time, this means booking with me in plenty of time - please refer to turn around time for more information. Save The Dates Once you have picked your wedding date and booked your wedding venue it is time to get your save the dates designed. Save the dates can be sent out at any time from 2 - 1 year before your wedding. If you are planning an abroad wedding, I would suggest sending them out 2 years to 18 months beforehand to give your guests plenty of time to plan! Invitations Invitations should be sent out around 6 months before your wedding, no later than 4 months beforehand. If you are skipping save the dates, you could send out the invitations before this!
  • How can I book with you?

  • Is there a minimum order?
    There is a minimum order of 15 on all stationery, excluding table names, signage and custom illustrations. However if you require less than the minimum order quantity, even in the event that extra stationery is needed following the receipt of your printed order, the cost per item will be significantly higher than the prices listed.
  • Can I see a mock up of my wedding stationery?
    Digital proofs of all wedding stationery elements are free and sent as a PDF via email using the wording you supply and colour and design agreed in your order. Fair usage of unlimited rounds of simple design changes (PDF proofs) are included in your order. If you would prefer to see printed proofs of your 'before the day' wedding stationery, please notify Cosmic Lore Graphic Design at the time of ordering. A charge of £25.00 postage applies for a standard wedding invitation or £35.00 postage for a foil wedding invitation. Printed proofs of 'on the day stationery' and other finishing touches are not available. Sample packs are also available at a charge of £8 each - these include one envelope and one invitation. They are pre-printed and cannot be personalised.
  • How many save the dates/invitations etc do I need?
    I would suggest one invite per family/household. I would recommend ordering 5-10 extra invitations to allow for any guest list changes or miscalculations, or even just to keep as a memory keepsake! Ordering a couple extra invitations because enough haven't been ordered can be costly!
  • How much will it cost?
    All of my designs, whether bespoke or House Collection designs have been created by me - the cost of your stationery includes my time to create and edit these beautiful designs, the cost of getting them professional printed on high quality card with high quality inks, the packaging, posting and VAT.   • Do you ship internationally?
    I am based in Cambridgeshire, UK however I can work with and create beautiful stationery for anyone, anywhere in the world. Your postage cost will be dependant on where in the world you are.
  • What is your cancellation & returns policy?
    Due to all of the stationery that I design being bespoke or semi-customised I am unable to accept returns due to any errors - so please make sure that you have checked the spelling, grammar and all designs are exactly as you want them, as this is your responsibility and they cannot be corrected once sent to print. If you decide to cancel your order after the design process has begun before or after printing has begun, please note the booking fee is non-refundable, however you will not be required to pay the remaining balance on your order. Once the final payment has been paid, you are unable to request cancelations, refunds or returns as the sale has become final. If your wedding information or date has changed and you wish to postpone your stationery to be printed then I can usually accommodate this, but the booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
