Graphic Design Terms & Conditions
Cosmic Lore Graphic Design reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Once an order is placed with Cosmic Lore Graphic Design, you have signified your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
QUOTES & INVOICES
Quotes & Invoices are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
PROOFS
Digital proofs are free and sent as a PDF via email using the information agreed in your order. Prices include colour changes, font changes and wording changes. Fair usage of unlimited rounds of simple design changes (PDF proofs) are included in your order. If on receipt of your PDF proofs, you decide that you would like a complete redesign, you will be invoiced of another design fee of £95. You are responsible for checking the PDF proof for all content, including layout, colour (please refer to the colour section for more information), spellings, spacing and grammar. Cosmic Lore Graphic Design does not offer a proof reading service. If proofs are approved by yourself with errors and are subsequently printed, Cosmic Lore Graphic Design takes no responsibility. If replacements are required, these will be charged to you in full. On review of your proofs, if any amendments are required, all changes must be emailed to Cosmic Lore Graphic Design.
COLOURS
Please note that colour on screen will always look different to the printed version. Due to the printing process, colour variation can occur between print runs.
ORDERING
An order is considered received as soon as the non-refundable booking fee has been paid. At this stage our design timelines begin.
PAYMENT
A non-refundable booking fee paid in (£) pound sterling is required to secure your order and for me to start on your designs. Once you have approved the final designs, you will be required to pay the remaining balance before the final design files are sent to you. Payment method is via bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed. Bank details will be included on the booking fee invoice and final payment invoice that you will be sent.
LEAD TIME
Once your order has been confirmed, and non-refundable booking fee as been paid, Cosmic Lore Graphic Design will contact you within 3 working days for all of your information. Once Cosmic Lore Graphic Design has received this information, a PDF proof of your design will be sent to you within the agreed time period. A 'rush order' proof service can be requested at the time of ordering. The 'rush order' proof service price is dependant on how quickly it needs to be completed and will ensure proofs are emailed within the timeframe agreed. Once you have approved your proofs, you will receive the final payment invoice. Once this has been paid, you will then receive the final design files. In rare circumstances these timings may alter due to unforeseen circumstances, if this is the case, Cosmic Lore Graphic Design will keep you updated on your order. Throughout the year, Cosmic Lore Graphic Design will close for annual leave but this will be discussed if it will effect your lead time.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
To minimise amendment and the need for reproofing, the information you supply for your designs must be your final draft with correct content including spellings, spacing, and grammar. Please ensure your final wording draft is supplied within 1 week of your order/payment being received. Failure to do so may result in a delay in processing your order or cancellation of your order if it cannot be rescheduled in the diary. It is your responsibility to ensure this information is with Cosmic Lore Graphic Design within the time line agreed.
CANCELATION & RETURNS POLICY
Due to all of the designs that I create being bespoke I am unable to accept returns or cancellations - if your design is going to be printed please make sure that you have checked the spelling, grammar and all designs are exactly as you want them, as this is your responsibility. If after you have paid the full payment and have received the final designs then decide that you require amendments there is an amendment fee of £50 per amendment.
If you decide to cancel your order after the design process has begun before or after printing has begun, please note the booking fee is non-refundable, however you will not be required to pay the remaining balance on your order. Once the final payment has been paid, you are unable to request cancelations, refunds or returns as the sale has become final.
